I knew I didn’t want to do a traditional gift box since those usually just get thrown out afterwards, so I considered using clear acrylic bins (these Amazon storage containers are surprisingly very affordable) or medium sized shoe boxes from the Container Store. But, I really wanted all the gifts to be practical and useful outside of all the wedding festivities, including the boxes. I know gift boxes are more traditional, this is what almost everyone does when proposing to their wedding party. Let’s start with the boxes! I went back and forth between doing boxes or tote bags. I wanted to include some of my favorite things and a few beauty and self care items that they could use over and over again.
